It was a nightmare to be at the checkout at Walmart on a Friday night. The lines went from the register to the apparel area. After waiting in line for almost 30 minutes. Finally got a chance to checkout. Thankfully the cashier knew how to pricematch and didn't give me any problems with the coupons. Also was able to get Fruit of the Loom underwear...6 pack for $4.94. Comes out to $0.82 per underwear. Always good to stock up when you find underwear under $1. No more buying until next back to school sale...lol!!!

The $3/2 Johnson & Johnson coupon wasn't scanning in so a manager was called over. She looked at the coupons and said Limit one per purchase meant multiples of the same coupon couldn't be used in the same transaction. What if I had a hundred of the same coupon? I would have to wait for a long time at the checkout. When I told her that she was confused with the wording of "limit one per transaction" and "limit one per purchase", she told me that they had a meeting recently and that's the way their corporate office wants it done to get reimbursed. I spend almost 45 minutes at the checkout since every transaction had to be approved to get cash back. What a hassle!!!

I had such a hard time today. Most cashiers don't know how to price match. My receipt is a mile long since the cashier decided to ring everything I was price matching and voided it. Says that how it needed to be done. The CSM came by and took care of it. Most people are surprised when they see you doing this. At the bottom of the receipt after the barcode it says " Low prices. Every day. On everything. Backed by our Ad Match Guarantee. Beside being at the checkout lane for a long time, things went smooothly.

I look at it this way...the Schick Hydro 3 Refills retail value is $7.44 each. So I definitely saved way more and for me it was worth the hassle.

Finally got the Nivea Body Wash!! My mom did the first and last transactions. She got a hard time because the cashiers are still not aware of the new coupon policy but luckily they are posted at each register. And all she had to do was point out the part about overages. Yes she cleared the shelf buying the body wash but she did it while they were restocking the shelves so there was plenty more to go around. Now I have more things to add to the donation box along with the trial size deodorants and Revlon beauty tools.

Once again Asha got into the candy before we even walked out of the store. Although I wasn't able to get in on the purex laundry sheets trial size deal at Walmart to take advantage of the expected overage, I still scored at Walgreens. My favorite thing to buy this week was the nail colors. Asha picked out yellow (yeayo) and orange. I started with $4 RR, purchased $58 worth of merchandise for $4.42 and received $2 RR for my next shopping time.

I went to Walmart last month(2/26) and got a raincheck for the Gain Sheets but they hadn't called me to let me know if any came in. Today when we stopped at the store on the way back from Chuck E Cheese there it was, all stocked and ready to be bought. I wonder if the store would have called me before the coupon expires at the end of this month. The sheets smell so good that I decided to use one as a car air freshener.
