Deal wise this is an awesome week at Rite Aid. The checkout experience not at all. First the cashier questioned my BOGO Stayfree coupon. He said "One's already free, you're trying to get the other one also." I showed him the part in coupon policy allowing it making both products free. But he decided not to believe the policy and called the manager instead. Okay! Then when it came time to pay, the total before any +UP reward was $6.96. So I gave a $5 and $1.99 +UP reward to pay for it. It kept requiring me to get something for $0.03 but I asked if he could adjust it and he flat out yelled at me and said no along with "I could lose my job over $0.03" so I told him to get the manager to come deal with it. She tried it a couple of times and then said she wouldn't allow it. Saying as of the morning their policy changed on adjusting +UP rewards. Then I simply replaced it with one the +UP rewards mailed from Rite Aid (+UP reward was mailed because of all the missed rewards on the TP deal) and it went through. See before I even go to the checkout stand I know how many +UP rewards I can use to bring the subtotal closer to $0 so all I end up paying is tax. Later when I looked at the receipt closely, I saw the cashier took off $6.99 on the Stayfree BOGO instead of $6, the maximum value stated on the coupon. I obviously wasn't paying attention to it either. Then for the second transaction I didn't get the +UP reward for Gillette Fusion. Most of the deals for this week weren't marked at all. I was so frustrated at the cashier's rude behavior nearly punched him out. I keep thinking who would even shop at Rite Aid if they didn't have all these coupon deals, SCR program, or +UP rewards. I wouldn't. AAARRRRRHHHHH!!!!
