I had a goof up when I buying the Listerine Mouthwash. The Listerine Whitening Plus Restoring Mouthwash rang up at $7.49. I didn't make sure of the price when I grabbed it off the shelf. When I exchanged it for the Listerine Original Mouthwash, I got back $3.26 and a $2 RR also printed out. The manager handed it to me since the product was placed incorrectly on the shelf. Luckily I didn't use any register rewards to lower my OOP because that would have been a bigger hassle when it came to doing the exchange.
