Both the cashier and I weren't paying attention because she took off $0.89 for the candy bar instead of $0.50. The screen probably was displaying the prices before the CVS card was scanned. Then she adjusted my $1.99 ECB to $1.89. I should have paid $0.25 but it was all free. I try not to use or eat the candy before I can take a picture to post on the blog but things don't usually as planned...hahah.
