I found out today that once your +UP reward is scanned and just in case your not gonna use it, it'll show up that the coupon has been previously used. So the cashier just went ahead and manually entered my $3.50 +UP reward and it took off some of the sales tax. I finally was able to use my Hot Wheels raincheck. I've had it for more than two months now. I was very happily surprised when the $1 +UP reward printed for the Bodiheat. Might get more later on in the week. Overall I paid $3.37 for $45 worth of merchandise and received $4 +UP reward to use for next time.
