Even though I got to the store 15 minutes after it opened, the shelves were emptied. Partly because the freight is still sitting in boxes on the floor since Friday. The sales associate refused to look in the boxes to find the Oralb toothbrushes and the cashier kept on insisting not to issue a raincheck on the toothbrush. She said to check back on Monday evening. I rather be safe than sorry so I demanded the raincheck. Then when I was checking out, she refused to honor the $3/$15 survey receipt. She said only when the store manager is working, then they can accept it. What a lame excuse. It stinks when you have coupons expiring and the merchandise is not stocked. Wasn't able to get any Cortaid creams but got a Bengay. Got $2.06 overage to use towards the razor.

I rewarded my hard work with cookies...lol!!! I'm anxious to try the mascara. The orange tube Covergirl Lash Blast volume mascara doesn't do much for me. A cheaper alternative such as the Maybelline Great Lash mascara is way better. My lashes aren't clumped and I get great length.

Finally I found someone I can coupon with. Kris Henderson lives close by. Been couponing for a few months. We went to the 24hr Walgreens and no luck. All the register reward sale items were out of stock. Picked up a few school supplies and things on clearance before heading out. Then the next day both of us had very good luck at the store close by. Everything on our list was in stock. Bought $33.90 worth of merchandise for $3.80 OOP and ended with $8 RR. No more shopping this whole week. The only bad things were getting an expired candy bar and one of the Mitchum deodorant wasn't ringing up the right price so I had to keep on running back to get the right one.

This was all I was able to get my hands on. Definitely had to change my shopping plans in store since they were out of the free items once again. Bought $21.44 worth of merchandise for $3.10 and ended with $7 RR. So for the whole week of shopping around at multiple stores I ended up spending $15.66 OOP on $102.67 worth of merchandise. Definitely passed my weekly budget of $10 per store but really managed to stock up on a few items.

When I had called to see if they had the Noxzema disposable razors, they only said they had two. When I got there, I decided to check the razor aisle again and found six more. Everything this week was free after coupons, raincheck, +UP rewards, and rebate.
